Position:- Cluster Manager
Location: Africa (Ghana)
Industry- Retail Industry (Supermarket or hypermarket experience)
Function : Retail Operations
Sub Function: Store Operations
Age- 45 (maximum)

Job Responsibility :
Formulate and implement store strategies for sales increase through promotions, enhancing customer experience and visual merchandising standards by adherence to POG guidelines.
Driving the budgeted topline & bottomline.
Weekly review of stock cover and STR and taking desired actions for achieving the end goals
Ensure perpetual inventory and global stock count is done as per schedule and corrections in stocks are done within the stipulated timelines.
Manage ideal stock density on the fixtures to ensure consistent look of the retail floor.
Work closely with the planning team on execution of consolidations and SMS/FMS action plan to ensure the desired sell through of each season are achieved before and after EOSS .
Ensure all stock movements based on consolidations and balancing are executed by the floor team within the stipulated timelines.
Monitor deliveries to stores by closely working with SCM and ensure TAT is followed.
Work closely with Planning on allocation and replenishments orders raised by Planning in line with the agreed days/timelines
Ensure store teams follow all the SOPs on stock management.
Periodic Product Feedback in line with the stipulated timelines.
Store Operations standards and management :
Have a clear understanding of Easy Buy SOPs, downloading to the respective teams and ensure adherence through checklists/audits.
Ensure maintenance of retail standards as outlined in the SOP, VM document & SM checklist.
Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered to at the stores.
Plan manpower deployment in line with the productivity and potential output of stores. In case of EB Franchisee stores, to ensure budgeted numbers as outlined in the contract are maintained at all times by the Franchisee.
Establish customer service norms within the stores and ensure they are met through training and regular audits like Mystery Shopping Audit/Commercial Audit (specific to EB stores)
Solicit customer feedback through questionnaires and working on the improvement areas to ensure customer delight.
Customer Related Complaints to be resolved within the stipulated guidelines.
Ensure store ambience is maintained in line with the stipulated guidelines.
Expectation setting and periodic reviews
Ensure all stores conduct the employee engagement activities in line with the HR calendar.
Ensure R& R activities are conducted with defined timeframes
Formulation & Execution of Incentive Plans
Ensure execution of training through monitoring of training calendar.
Guide, coach, train and mentor the team
Setting up a grievance redressal mechanism.
Identify & upgrading at least two key talents every year who would be mentored to take an elevated role to be handled independently.
UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG – MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization
Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required
