3. Winterization of oils and fats
4. Fatty acid etherification of high FFA oils
5. Filteration, evoporation & crystallization
6. Maintenance of all refineries.
7. Quality control & assurance
8. In co-ordination with BUM, Evaluate and recommend processes to control cost and improve efficiency and quality
9. Provide necessary training and counseling to employee as per requirement.
10. Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
11. Ensuring efficient and safe running of all machinery/equipments.
12. Follow GMP, Food Safety, Personnel hygiene and good housekeeping in the plant. environment health & safety (EHS)
13. To minimize the losses / wastages and to reduce downtime.
14. To maintain the production records and ensuring SAP entries on time
15. Trouble shooting problems in PLC equipments.
16. To control spare inventory
